We start juniors as young as 5. At that age it's about fun, movement, and loving the game — short sessions, games, and celebrating every good contact. Formal swing work ramps up gradually as they grow.
Not to start — we have junior clubs at the facility. When your child is ready for their own set, we'll recommend the right length and flex for their height and speed, so you don't overspend on clubs they'll outgrow in a year.
Both. Private lessons move fastest, while small group lessons with siblings or friends keep it social and split the cost. Many families do a mix — group sessions for fun, private sessions before a season or tryout.
They're a great combination. League play at Indianhead gives juniors reps and competition; our lessons provide the technical coaching layer — TrackMan data, swing mechanics, and a practice plan — that turns those reps into improvement.
That's one of our specialties. We benchmark their TrackMan numbers, build an off-season improvement plan, and train the on-course skills coaches look for at tryouts. A winter of focused indoor work is often the difference between making the team and missing it.
Junior lessons fall in our standard range of $50–$75 per hour, with family lesson options that let siblings share a session. Multi-lesson packages bring the per-session cost down for juniors training through a full season or off-season.
